Include napari-threedee #29

As soon as napari-threedee is available via conda-forge, we should add it to devbio-napari.

FYI napari-threedee is now available on conda-forge. We just released 0.0.2, which has all of the features we want for our alpha (i.e., first public) release. We will be testing over the next week or so and aim to make our alpha release the of December 12.
