Load features to Points layer and Surface layer from CSV file #89

This option exists for the Labels layer in the napari-skimage-regionprops plugin via Tools > Measurement > Load from CSV (nsr). It would be probably useful to have a similar widget for Points and Surface layers here. What do you think?

Right now I think the only way to load features to these layers is via code or just intensity with nsr here, right?

Hi Marcelo @zoccoler ,

I think we could weaken the constraint "Labels layer" here to any kind of layer.

If you have time, a pull-request would be welcome. And I would merge it quickly if there is a short test covering that the function works with 2-3 layer types.

I got a shot at this and it is being addressed in https://github.com/haesleinhuepf/napari-skimage-regionprops/pull/85, so I am closing this issue here.
