All usages of deprecated runTestsXXX removed from README.md (except line 153),
All occurrences of depricated renamed to deprecated,
Added comments with deprecation info to the following:
- runTestsWithCancel
- runTests
- runTestsWithArgsAndCancel
- runTestsWithArgs
- runTestsInAssemblyWithCancel
- runTestsInAssembly
