Include more detail in README about trelliscopejs vs trelliscope #23

At first I thought that trelliscopejs was an outdated version of trelliscope (I didn't notice the js at the end).

I think it would be very valuable to distinguish between the two packages on your README. It's confusing that you would have the second package since you're also an author to the first, and they seem highly related.
