Deprecating intel/18.0.5.274 and impi/2018.0.4 from Hera and intel/18.0.5.274 from Jet #181

RDHPCS User Support Group is deprecating intel/18.0.5.274 and impi/2018.0.4 from Hera and intel/18.0.5.274 from Jet. This will impact the GSI part in HAFS. The related module files need to be updated for GSI.
