Description

Provide a clear and concise description of the requested feature/capability. From NCO SPA: Improve the ecFlow manual pages in HAFS ecFlow ecf scripts at the next upgrade, the ecFlow manual pages of HAFS job information will be very helpful for 24x7 SOS and SPA to understand the job functions and at troubleshooting.

If needed, please refer to the current HWRF ecFlow manual pages, in the /lfs/h1/ops/prod/packages/hwrf.v13.2.5/ecf/ directory.

HAFS application Ecflow workflow manuals have been added and improved through commit ab30ad2.
