switch thompson field table aerosol based on ltaerosol #296

Description of changes

The thompson field table should switch between aerosol and non-aerosol based on the ltaerosol variable. These changes are untested. @mrinalbiswas (Biswas) will test them shortly.

@mrinalbiswas - These are the changes I mentioned that will select the right thompson field table. I haven't tested them yet because I don't have a partially-run workflow like you do. Please merge this after you've finished reviewing it and tell me if it fixes the problem.
