it's not true that short BBH waveforms are well modelled by PN theory. See discussion and citations in any recent CBC detection paper (GW170104 and O1-BBH should be reasonably thorough). You need merger and ringdown as well and fitting of the complete waveform to NR. Ask the CBC waveform group if you need a selection of citations.

Fergus: Not sure what is being asked here. Maybe he is asking for more details in how the waveforms are created.

Hunter will remove this line of the paper. Unless you think we should just leave it in and look for more NR citations to add @chrismessenger ?
