The toolbar icons are there and behave as expected in that they apply formatting tags to the text and can be observed in the set file, but no visual effects are displayed.

Note that this is pre-existing, and doesn't work even in 2.0.0 Also noticing that you can't Ctrl+A within the Description text field and probably the others as well.
