tests broken due to bdc/taxadb #12

Same as https://github.com/brunobrr/bdc/issues/245

Cause yet unclear. Worked with 0.1.2, broke with 0.2.0 of taxadb.

Solved in latest dev - waiting for it to hit CRAN.

bdc 1.1.4 is out - there's still four tests failing but this seems fine now
