move database #6

I think the database (all binary data) belongs into a top-level dir named data or, but I still have to look it up.

We'll try to pull it from GH on install time.

.onLoad in a R/zzz.R should do the trick

Now I'll have to see if we get the package version, s.t. we can pull the files for that exact version (reproducibility).

Mmmh, doesn't seem to play nice with how the tests are run (some temp package but doesn't run load?). Need to investigate.
