2 months ago By looking on https://gitlab.com/fdroid/rfp/-/issues/2442 it seems the only missing step is to donate.
Currently i don't want to include any more code for F-Droid, at least until few people reports it is working over there.
Please publish your app to F-Droid https://f-droid.org/docs/FAQ_-_App_Developers/#how-do-i-get-my-app-included
Also maybe you can move the app under umbrella of the openwrt GitHub organization? I think they should be happy to accept it.
This will attract more developers.
Meanwhile, here I added one translation of the app description. You can integrate Weblate, Transifex or Localise.com to get more translations. There are a lot of volunteers there.
