Game guides themselves are generally considered fair use, however, there will still be aspects we may struggle to utilize.

  1. App Name in store - Consider alternatives like "Mega Guide" or "Blue Bomber Bible"
  2. Graphics - We cannot use game box covers, title text, or other imagery pulled directly from the game. Custom art and fan art should be ok as long as it is distinguishable from the real art
