Reminder email for trials that are running out #86

As a trial nears its end date, send out emails

Of course, this should only be done once per account. Once an account has had this email sent, don't send it again. Furthermore, if an account goes back into Trial (for whatever reason), be sure to reset the email notification. Perhaps when payment details are recorded, we'll remove any markers against the account that such an email had been sent.
