Read over Proteoglycan manuscript and Behavioral/Hormone Write-up #15
1) Read over the rough draft of the proteoglycan manuscript and look over the powerpoint slides that I sent to Angela this week illustrating the relationships between behavior and proteoglycan gene expression and imagine how to integrate the two.
2) Read over the rough draft of the behavioral/hormonal analyses in the full dataset and brainstorm what makes this set of results different from the behavioral analyses that will be included in the proteoglycan paper (that were performed in the subset of animals that had ISH performed on their tissue).
3) If there is still time, look over the code used to analyze the proteoglycan animal data and try running it to get a feel for it because we will need to tweak it to include new variables.
