Not all social defeated animals have day 1 data

I fixed this in the code and reannotated to reflect the changes.

Fixed the same bug in the code subsetting the long version of the time series data to only include subjects with video recorded social defeat data (in preparation for running multilevel modeling).

Fixed the same bug in the code subsetting the long version of the time series data to only include subjects with video recorded social defeat data (in preparation for running multilevel modeling).

... and then realized that was a mistake and reverted to the old version of the code.

I found the same bug in the time series plotting code. It made it so that any of the subjects with missing values for Day 1 of social defeat were not being plotted. It's fixed now.
