Because with blocked domain wallpapers can't be downloaded

Steps to reproduce 1 open stokie app pro with hagezi pro++ filter enabled 2 wallpapers Will not load 3 create a custom rule set unblocking: happs.a2hosted.com 4 force stop stokie pro app and re open 5 then you can download wallpapers again
