Spotify web player is not working gae2-spclient.spotify.com #1158

On which list should open.spotify.com be blocked? I can't find the domain on my lists and I can't detect any problems with the Spotify web player. Tested with Ultimate.

Currently using ultimate with controld. Anyway to know which domain is blocked

Thanks @hagezi! Fixing this as well. Appears to have slipped in very recently.
