Why should the domain(s) be unblocked?

Needs to be added to the Allowlist in order to open „email.picnic.de“ / „email.picnic.nl“ . This is a grocery delivery service and when a user clicks on a button in their email (to check the receipt or share a coupon code), the site is not being loaded.
