Why should the domain(s) be unblocked?

They used for livestreams on the shopee app, with these domains blocked, the livestream in the app does not load for me the 2 domains I have to whitelist are play-spe-las.livetech.shopee.com.my play-hw-las.livetech.shopee.com.my the other domains that end in other country tlds might also need to be unblocked for those regions
