Why should the domain(s) be unblocked?

The domain is used by the Shottr – Screenshot Annotation App For Mac MacOS app.

Currently the ||*.cc^ from HaGeZi's The World's Most Abused TLDs blocks it. The developer is still active as seen by https://www.reddit.com/r/macapps/comments/1dbl4id/shottr_for_mac_any_updates_on_development/ if any comms/questions are to be asked.

The domain is used for updates but also for the Gallery app (if uploading to their cloud).
