Microsoft PC manager a microsoft developed windows store app for PC cleaning; app rapidly growing in popularity, it calls home constantly, sending telemetry/data to microsoft server: eastus-8.in.applicationinsights.azure.com

Blocking this does not break functionality

Thanks @rugabunda, I have added in.applicationinsights.azure.com to the aggressive lists. It is used for tracking, but by blocking it, some functions in the Azure portal become unusable, if I remember correctly. I'll have to take a closer look at this later.
