Why should these domain(s) be blocked?

These domains are used for Advertising.

@ChaseKnowlden It is not a domain through which advertising is distributed or used for tracking. It is used to configure privacy settings/ad settings, e.g. to configure interest-based advertising and manage personalized advertising on a device. For me, it belongs in the CMP category, see here: https://github.com/hagezi/dns-blocklists/wiki/FAQ#cmps

Or am I missing something?
