.ao should be unblocked, because is the domain is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Angola. It's used for websites and services that are either based in Angola or have some association with the country, like banking apps, etc...

Why should the domain(s) be unblocked?

Because i am unable to acess my banking app, or services that resolve to ao...
