Which domain(s) should be blocked?

hw-tdp-o.api.leiniao.com hwtpc-o.api.leiniao.com 0qn1pu-dnsotls-ds.metric.gstatic.com fpcot3-dnsotls-ds.metric.gstatic.com

Why should these domain(s) be blocked?

I'm guessing these are used for telemetry on TCL Smart TVs

I have not seen any breakage on my TV

I haven't found any details on this, if you don't have a way to see what is being transferred there, then that would be a try & error blocking for the aggressive lists.

Aa I see. How could I see what is being transferred in those domains?

This would then have to be done via a proxy and you would have to decrypt the https traffic. Difficult. I block it in the aggressive lists.
