Why should the domain(s) be unblocked?

In France, there are quite a few e-commerce sites that use iadvize as an online chat solution, whether for troubleshooting or product advice. Blocking iadvize makes it impossible to chat with advisors. Example of a French platform using iadvize: Samsung Otterbox Caudalie Fnac/Darty Décathlon Bouygues telecom

French users can't chat, so I don't know if Iadvize was blocked by mistake or if it's causing other problems and it's better to leave it blocked I'm coming to the information.
