Fixes README for master branch #6

Closed wbuchanan closed 8 years ago

README stated that current version was available from SSC, but in response to Issue #3, @haghish mentioned that the most current version could be obtained directly from github. This pull is intended for the master branch to direct users appropriately based on the information in the issue.

The idea of having the "stable release" available on GitHub is attractive. But I want to keep it rather limited to advanced users at the moment and only host the development branch of MarkDoc and preserve the stable releases for SSC. The reason is that it seems if MarkDoc is installed on the computer before, installing or reinstalling it from GitHub can become problematic for Windows users. This is a technical problem reported by some users and I am not so sure of the reason. But once we're sure installing from GitHub will not make any trouble for Windows users and does not conflict with SSC, it'd be a good idea.

You mentioned working on a command for installing from GitHub. That'd be helpful.
