Towards the end of October the baseline of the 675nm channel of the SP02 is having negative biased noise. Some days it is there some days it isn't.

Jim has requested for the techs to cycle the connector to see if this fixes the issue. This did not fix the issue. Jim suggest: "We have switched away from the small plastic connectors that the SP02 at Bermuda has.The next step will be either to send materials to you for swapping out the SP02 (along with new cables), or wait until we visit the site (and potentially install at a new location)."

This issue seem to persist. What is the state of getting this fixed?
