What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see what I see on a different Chrome user who also has this
extension--Fill Form, Save Form Data, Delete Form Data, Mute all tabs, Refresh
all tabs, Reopen Closed Tab, Toggle Show Bookmarks Bar, and Options when I
click on the icon for this extension. I also expect to see the normal page with
all the options when I click the options button. Instead, I see Fill Form, Save
Form Data, Delete Form Data, (blank line), Refresh all tabs, and Options. And
then, when I click on options, all I see is the boxes to select/unselect
things, I don't see the actual options.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.32 (newest). Windows 7.
Please provide any additional information below.

Those are the screenshots that portray my issue. The first two images are what
this extension looks like on this Chrome user, the second two are what it looks
like on the other Chrome user.
