Finish library interfaces

Current state:

The CctsRepository library interfaces have been mostly re-designed and
re-implemented with T4 templates.

However, the bLibrary is still missing.

Goals:

Finish t4-based implementation of the library interfaces.

Why:

The T4-based implementation reduces redundancies while maintaining high
readability of the interfaces.

What to do/details:

- Re-design the bLibrary interface.
- Re-implement the bLibrary interface with T4.
- Re-implement the library spec classes with T4.

Also adapt the interfaces to the current state of the UPCC (e.g. DocLibraries 
now
contain MAs instead of ABIEs).
