Remove manual extensions from CctsRepository interfaces and specs #120

Current state:

There are some manual extensions of the interfaces and specs.

Goals:

Remove all manual extensions that can be generated.

Why:

Because anything that can be generated should be generated.

- Remaining manual extensions:
  - Cloning of 'based on' objects, e.g. AsbieSpec.CloneAscc() (this might be automated).
  - Deferred resolution of associations (will be removed by issue 117).
  - DocLibrary extensions (will not be removed).

At the moment, I will not automate the cloning of 'based on' objects.
