Import Standard CCL - No choice for any CCL available #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Hello,
I have installed the latest version (0.0.6.0) I have a problem with
importing the CCL. I've got the option "Import Standard CCL" but the
importer is empty, there is no choice for any CCL. What can I do?

So far, for importing the standard Core Component Library, the VIENNA Add-In
required an Internet connection in order to retrieve the latest set of 
Libraries.
Now, a standard set of Core Component Libraries is delivered with the VIENNA 
Add-In
Installation package which is available for import if no Internet connection is
available.
