User must select CCLibrary and bLibrary #133

Current state:

The importer selects the first available CCLibrary as the mapping target.

The importer creates the new libararies (DOC, BIE, BDT) in the parent
bLibrary of the selected CCLibrary.

Goals:

Let the user chose the libraries.

What to do/details:

 - Extend the importer form to allow the user to select the libraries.
 - Pass the libraries to the importer as parameters.
