Can't install vienna add-in using EA version 11 #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running vienna add-in setup file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can't install Vienna add-in. Error message is displayed:
You must install Enterprise Architect Build 8.0 or later.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
VIENNAAddIn_0_1_2_000
Enterprise Architect version 11.0.1107 build 1107
Windows 8
