The XSD generator has an unexpected behavior when generating from QDT
Libraries and large CCTS models.

The unsatisfactory behavior of the XSD generator when used on large models is 
known
and an application inherent flaw. The generator operates directly on the 
MS-Access
based EA-file making the generation process slow.

The UPCC 3.0 which is currently developed will include a middle layer greatly
enhancing generation performance.

The second bug as outlined in the .doc file is due to the fact, that you cannot 
link
a QDT to a BIE. A QDT can only be used to set the type of a BBIE.
