The context menu displays very slowly for large packages.

The performance of the context menu has been improved. However, the problem 
remains
that clicking or right-clicking on a package with lots of elements takes a lot 
of
time. This seems to be because EA loads the package with all of its elements, 
rather
than loading the elements when the Elements collection is accessed.
