Cache CCL XMI files in user's application data directory #70

Currently, the files are cached in a sub-directory of the VIENNAAddIn
installation directory. However, the user might not have write access to
that directory, causing the import process to fail.

Solution: Cache the files in a sub-directory of the user's application data
directory.

Alternatively, let the user define a local storage directory and store that 
value in
the add-in's registry settings.
