Use schema for mapping importer #72

Use the actual XML schema as the basis for mapping XSDs to CCTS.

Currently, we read only the MapForce mapping file which is enough for the
basic functionality implemented so far. However, we need the schema
information in order to implement more sophisticated mappings and mapping
validation, as well as to preserve XSD structure for later exporting.
