The CCTS exporter uses the NDR naming convention for ASBIES.

Make sure that the CCTS importer uses the same naming convention.

I will not only check the ASBIE naming, but also the naming of the other 
elements. So
the list of namings to check is:

 * ABIE
 * BBIE
 * ASBIE
 * BDT

I have discovered some naming inconsistencies in the importer code and will 
refactor
the code to make it easier to keep consistent.
