ABIE name must contain the name of the ACC it is based on #87

Current state:

The XSD importer uses only the complex type name for naming ABIEs in the
BIE library.

Expected behavior:

According to the UPCC specification, "the name of the ABIE class is
equivalent to the object class term as defined in the CCTS. The object
class term of the ABIE shall be equal to the object class term of the ACC
on which the ABIE is based."

Qualifiers are prepended using underscores.
