Remove dots from SUP names in the standard CDT library

Current state:

The SUP names in our standard CDT library contain dots.

Problem:

The NDR exporter removes the dots (this is in accordance with the NDR).

Therefore, when re-importing the exported library, the dots are no longer
there.

Tasks:

 * Adapt document "Modeling_CC_with_UPCC3"
 * Fix the SUP names in the Std Lib and generate a new minor version of the
XMI files.
