noon idea generator #20

randomly creates noon-like ideas and creates issues for them in this very repository.

ideas should fall into one or more of the following categories--the more the better!

this could either be seen as a noon simulator (appear to be noon), a noon stimulator (give the real noon even more ideas), or a noon competitor (try to out-idea noon).

i like this idea. i'd like to try it, but i might be a bit biased.
