Problem converting incoming bytes b'{"events"....}' #443

Every few seconds following error is written in HomeAssistant Logs: ERROR (MainThread) [homematicip.aio.connection] Problem converting incoming bytes b'{"events"......}' Therefore the Homematic IP Cloud refuses more REST connections and blocks the client.

This happend after upgrading to HomeAssistant Version 2022.07.
