Please add new device "HmIP-ESI-IEC" (new energy sensor for smart meters) #521

It would be amazing if it's possible to add the new energy sensor.

This consists of the energy sensor interface "HmIP-ESI" and the smart meter sensor "ES_IEC"

Attached the IMHO necessary config-dump parts.

Yes please add :-). Is another log required or is the one from P4TR1CK-V3LT3 sufficient?

This library already includes the device. But i guess you need that in HomeAssistant? There is already an open issue: #109055
