As showcased in the official Avatar Dynamics demonstration video ( https://twitter.com/VRChat/status/1471953215382069254 at 0:19 ), face expressions could be triggered by Avatar Dynamics in some capacity.

Allow Avatar Dynamics to control the face expressions of the avatar.
