recorder.setFormat("flv");
If the above code like the work very well.

However, the changes under

rtmp://[wowza media serverip]:1935/live/mp4:test";
recorder.setFormat("mp4");

Fatal signal 8 (SIGFPE) at 0x00002835 (code=-6), thread 10293 
An error is killing app.
What is the cause?
I create content through Google translator because they do not speak English.

I tried again JavaCV 0.10 ,
There is no entry in the library below (javacpp.jar)
private IplImage yuvIplimage = null;  <- err
[import static org.bytedeco.javacpp.opencv_core.*;]

This use was originally 
[import com.googlecode.javacv.cpp.opencv_core.IplImage]

I'm sorry to bother continuing questions..
