There is a black screen coming for 2-3 sec when clicked on Add Photo in collage and Import option in Editing #26

Description: There is a black screen coming for 2-3 sec when clicked on Add Photo in collage and Import option in Editing

Step:

  1. Open the application and click on the collage part.
  2. Ensure that you have logged in fb, instagram, pacasa, fliker or you have more then 100 images in gallery.
  3. Now click on the Add image or import option in the editing part.
  4. there will be a 2-3 sec black screen. There should be no black screen coming.

Result: Black screen coming.

Expected: there should be no black screen coming.

This is loading time because the large number of images

Can't we do anything on this, as when I tried some other application, the images in my gallery are same. But in that I am not able to see the black screen. Blackscreen for 2-3 is little annoying.

Because of loading many other images from Facebook, Flickr, Picasa, etc. I has to spend time to do it. We can display the indicator for this screen to comfort user

See if you are comfortable to do this without indicator. As, in the case of share icon, indicator can not feel bad, but if a user click on Add Photo then the indicator come when not looks great.

My expectation is the best user comfortable level. In that case we can use indicator. Could we make the indicator little colorful.

Fixed and Apple indicator not come with colorful.

I am not able to see any indicator but now its fast comparatively. Could you please show some light on that.

The indicator will only be showed when there are loading time, If loading time is too short, why do you need it?

Yes, exactly we don't need it then. Thanks for fixing it. Closing this bug as fixed.
