Description: The frame should come as a bar as similar to other options, it should not come as a dialogue.

Steps:

1. Open the application and choose collage part.
2. Now import more than 4 images.
3. Clicked on the frame icon availabe at left corner of the application.
4. When clicked, it comes as pop menu.
5. It should come like effects or frame options coming in the edit part. e.g. When I clicked on the effect feature the various effects comes as a bar just above the icon.

Result: It is coming as a pop up menu currently.

Expected: It should come as a bar when clicked on the Frame icon.
