GERMAN README is no longer AI generated #137

The German README.md file was translated by a real human being. The AI generated version hurt my eyes because at some points it was not translated at all and I did not even know what you want to tell me. One problem with the translator you used is that the German result is total garbage if the sentence is longer than one line.

It uses consistent styling and usage of words.

At some points I added a bit of information to clarify the point you stated.
