Hi, when I try to open the app, it's black and the window close a few seconds latter. Can you help me? I download the latest version. Thank you

Hi Haimeh,

I also have this problem. The first day after I installed the software I could use it without a problem. However, the next day when I launched the app, the window of the program (which looks like bash) closed immediately, and then the API web doesn't work anymore. Could you help me, please?
